Information regarding processing of personal data that is performed by "Snapio Technologies", Ltd., registration number 40203203484, legal address at Stabu Street 2-11, Riga, LV-1010, e-mail info@snapio.shop, phone +371 29 333 563 (hereinafter referred to as “Snapio”, “we”, “our”, “us”) is available here. The Privacy Policy primarily provides information on processing of personal data performed by Snapio with purpose to provide services at platform snapio.shop. We may make changes to processing of your personal information, so if you use Snapio services, please review our Privacy Policy regularly and be aware of the important information updates. Should you disagree with our Privacy Policy, we kindly ask you not to use our services.

Definitions

“Personal data” means information of an identified or identifiable natural person within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). 

"Platform" means publicly available online sites snapio.shop and Application Content managed by Snapio.

"Privacy Policy" means Snapio Personal data protection policy published on the Platform.

"Terms of Use" means the Snapio’s Terms of Use for Customers.

“Snapio Services” means opportunities for the Customers to place Orders through Platform.

“Snapio Account” means the Customer's personal account, which is automatically created when Customer registers on the Platform; Account is available for the Customer after successful authentication.

“Order” means a binding order of the Customer to purchase some goods or services from the Merchant or make Donation to the Merchant.

“Purchase” means a purchase or contractor agreement concluded between the Customer and the Merchant if Merchant approves Customer's Order. 

Personal data used by Snapio

We use your name, surname, contact information (including email address, telephone number, delivery address and information on accessing the address), payment card information, information on your visits to Snapio Platform, visits to certain Platform’s sites and information about Orders and Purchases that have been made through Snapio Services, as well as other personal data in accordance with the purposes defined in the Privacy Policy and according to appropriate legal basis.

Purposes for which Snapio uses personal data

• In order to register on the Platform, we ask to you provide your telephone number.
• In order to use Snapio services, we additionally ask you to provide your name, surname, e-mail address,delivery addresses and payment card information.
• To respond to your requests regarding Snapio services, Snapio may process your contact information, information about your Orders and Purchases, and other information in accordance with the scope of your request and the Privacy Policy.
• Snapio uses your contact information to promote Snapio business, conduct contests and draws, and send you important commercial information. 
• To maintain and improve functioning of Snapio Platform, Snapio analyzes the online login data of Platform visitors. 
• To prevent financial risks to Snapio business, Snapio may use Customer contact information, Order and Purchase Data, as well as the contact information of Merchant Contacts and Legal Representatives to obtain legal assistance, recover debts or pursue any claims. 
• For human resource management purposes Snapio may use personal data provided by applicants to select personnel and make employment contracts. 
• For recordkeeping purposes, Snapio may process contact information and all other information provided by Customers and other persons who contact Snapio. 
• For accounting purposes, Snapio may process information about Payments, Orders and Purchases of the Customer.
• To improve Snapio services and develop new services, Snapio may process contact information of Customers and Merchants, as well as information provided by contact persons of Customers and Merchants, such as feedback, suggestion and complaint. 
• In order to provide information to public administration institutions and law enforcement agencies in specific cases and to extent specified by external regulatory enactments, Snapio may process information about Customers, employees, and applicants to the extent necessary to satisfy any legitimate request. 

How Snapio communicates your information to partners and third parties

To complete any Purchase, after receiving your order Snapio will provide the Merchant with your order information and contact information. Several partners are involved in provision of the Snapio services. Snapio cooperates with payment service providers to offer easy payments for product or service. Snapio will not disclose your personal data to any third parties unless necessary to provide Snapio services, protect Snapio's rights or property, or perform legal obligation, or based on your consent. If competent officials within their scope of actions set by the Law shall request your personal data, Snapio will provide requested information. 

How does Snapio process and store your personal data

We care about your privacy. We process your personal data pursuant to purposes and legal reasoning set in the Privacy policy, minimizing the amount of data processed. Only employees of Snapio and co-operation partners who are directly engaged in provision of Snapio services, customer service, payment processing and other main business functions, can access your personal data to do their job or provide service. Employees of Snapio and its partners are committed to ensure confidentiality of your personal data. Snapio stores your personal data for as long as it is necessary to provide Snapio services. Upon termination of Snapio services Snapio will store your personal data in archived form until the end of limitation period in accordance with requirements of the law, and your personal data will be accessible only in special cases, for instance, for protecting our rights or property, or when executing request from public officials. Since the law sets terms for storage of your personal data, we will comply with the law, and store your personal data for this period. Should you have made your personal data known to Snapio publicly on social networking platform, we will comply with the privacy policy of social networking platform regarding data storage and deletion. You can ask to delete or amend your data. 

How does Snapio take care of the security of your personal data

In order to protect your personal data, Snapio uses reasonable security methods that are determined according to the risk assessment and risk degree. Only those employees of Snapio and its partners who need data to do their job, can access your personal data.

• Execution of the contract. We apply this legal basis to processing of personal data necessary to provide Snapio services and perform the contract, for example, when processing your Order or fulfilling contractual obligations.

We apply this legal basis to ensure processing of personal data necessary for conducting and developing our business, for instance, processing your proposal, feedback, or complaint. We always consider your right to privacy when processing data according to purpose of legitimate interests. 
• Consent. We apply this legal basis to process your personal data if you have explicitly consented to the specific processing. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. 
• Legal obligation. We apply this legal basis to process your personal data if such specific processing follows the requirements set in the law. For example, we apply this legal basis to storage of documents certifying (justifying) transactions in accordance with the Law “On Accounting”.
